The MAC112A-1-VD-4-C/130-B-1/WA610XX is a 2000 rpm AC servo motor designed for high torque high-speed applications. Users can use this motor for spinning machines in the textile industry, as a conveyor belt motor, a drilling motor due to its high speed, or even in a CNC cutting machine for controlling the spindle head by controlling the axis of the machine. This motor features an encoder that calculates the number of increments to accurately move the shaft.
The MAC112A-1-VD-4-C/130-B-1/WA610XX features a 230 Volts AC Axial fan designed for cooling the internals of the motor while operating. This axial fan sucks the air from the rear of the motor and pushes it out the front by allowing the air to pass through the coils of the motor which may get heating when under high load and during continuous operation. The MAC112A-1-VD-4-C/130-B-1/WA610XX has a winding resistance of 0.650 ohms which is great because it may dissipate less power as heat, but with time this resistance may increase.
To control the speed more accurately in a closed loop system, the MAC112A-1-VD-4-C/130-B-1/WA610XX features a tacho feedback system which produces 1 volt for every 1000 rpm of speed which is then sent to the control as a 1 volt signal for either increasing the speed or decreasing the speed according to the set point placed by the motor operator. This servo motor is compatible with KDS, TDM, and DSC controllers, however, users can also control this servo motor using PLC and DCS systems by sending the control signals over to its compatible controller for controlling the direction and regulating the speed of the motor.
