The MAC112A-1-VD-4-C/130-A-1/WI534LX/S005 is a special configuration of the MAC112A Servo motor. This 2000 rpm AC servo motor comes with a keyway shaft design specially designed for securely connecting couplers to the shaft with the help of a key slot. This design is great for torque transmission and prevents the coupled device from slipping off the shaft during operation and also prevents it from wobbling by providing a secure fit.
This motor has a 130 mm centering diameter and has a frame size A and a length of 112 mm. The motor is designed to keep itself protected from dust and brief water jets, and all of this is possible with the IP 67 rating. The motor also has a prime black color painted on its aluminum chassis to help prevent corrosion by preventing oxidation on its body. This also helps keep the motor by prolonging its life and preventing degradation of the quality of the motor's operation.
The MAC112A-1-VD-4-C/130-A-1/WI534LX/S005 also comes with a 5-volt incremental encoder designed for accurate calculation of the shaft rotation by calculating the number of steps or increments achieved. This encoder has 2048 step resolution, which means for every 6 steps, this motor rotates one degree. This resolution helps make the motor much more accurate when it comes to robotics applications, where the entire operation is reliant on the accuracy of the servo motor. This motor can provide a locked torque of 10.5 Nm while consuming a current of 18.5 Amperes. The motor also features a 45 Nm blocking brake that operates on 14 Volts DC. The blocking brake is needed to prevent the shaft from moving from its position unless a control signal is provided by the control unit.
