Product Description

The MAC112A-0-LD-3-C/130-A-1/SS014 is a permanent magnetic three-phased servo Indramat motor manufactured by Rexroth Bosch. In terms of industrial automation, motors are intrinsically linked to mechanical motion systems because it is up to them to supply the force necessary for these systems to operate efficiently. The MAC112A-0-LD-3-C/130-A-1/S014 is an analogue drive motor with surface cooling, a nominal speed of 3000 rpm, and enhanced performance for both low- and high-speed applications.

The MAC112A-0-LD-3-C/130-A-1/S014 provides tacho feedback with the second shaft end. This type of equipment, known as a tachometer, is used to help maintain and manage the motor's speed. Tacho feedback is related to this process. It is advantageous, especially in operations that call for speed control that is consistent and accurate, like in manufacturing processes. While simultaneously communicating with the driven equipment, the second shaft end helps the motor receive the tachometer signal.

Real speed measurement is achieved by mounting the tachometer on the shaft, which is coupled to the motor's rotor. This is why using tacho feedback with a second shaft end has several benefits; it improves the motor's control system and makes use of speed data required for adjustments in addition to maximizing the performance of a high-performance motor. In addition, it helps to link an ordinary tacho type (C) for compatibility with virtually any system. The incorporation of a blocking brake (1) also works well in increasing the flexibility of the motor, notably in that it offers a safe and efficient way of halting the motor when necessary. In other words, the incorporated features make the motor suitable for use in operations that need high precision and efficacy.
