Product Description

The MAC093C-Z-FS-4-C/110-A-2/WI522LV AC servo motor, designed by Rexroth Indramat, is a high-performance industrial motor with a nominal speed of 3000 rpm, constant torque of 19.5 Nm, and a rotor moment of inertia of 42 x 10-4 kgm^2. It has a winding resistance of 0.240 mH, a resistance of 175 ohms, and an inductance of 2.9 mH.

This MAC motor has an incorporated efficient tacho feedback system comprising an incremental and absolute encoder for efficient speed and position finding. In this type of motor, the centering diameter for designs B05 and B14 is 110 mm, and the power connection is employed via a connector on side A. The blocking brake of this motor is efficient in terms of its capacity. In this motor, a heavy-duty blocking brake is used to ensure that the motor shaft does not rotate when the input power is cut and not supplied to the motor. This is an essential feature in applications such as lifting and positioning line applications where the motor must prevent any kind of load movement.

The blocking brake, which is typically used in conjunction with the motor brake, is bolted to the shaft end opposite to the drive. As the motor is switched on, the brake is released, and thus, the motor shaft rotates. During detrimental conditions, such as a power outage, the brake secures the shaft so it cannot move. This allows for greater safety and accuracy while operating motors in areas where position stability is critical. These MAC series motors can be used in an industrial setting since they can sustain heavy loads and produce continuous torque.
