Product Description
The MAC AC servo motors created by Indramat Rexroth are permanent magnet-excited motors with very low inertia and come with electronic commutation. It offers a high torque-to-inertia ratio, greater efficiency, wide speed range, and compact size. The MAC093C-1-FS-3-C/130-B-2 has a rated speed of 3000 rpm and comes with a 14 Nm heavy-duty holding brake. The motor power connector is as per standard 1NS 172/10, whereas the motor power cable type and thickness are INK 205 and 10 mm2 respectively. The winding inductance and winding resistance at 20 C are 2.9 mH, and 0.175 ohm respectively. The motor has a rated speed of 3000 rpm with a thermal time constant of 45 minutes.
A holding brake is a critical component and helps in control. It is often integrated into AC servo motors, and this variant comes with heavy-duty holding brake that offers a clamping delay of 30 ms and a releasing delay of 70 ms. The mass of the holding brake is 1.1 kg, whereas the motor without the holding brake weighs 22 kg. It leads to the total weight of the machine to 23.1 kg. The moment of inertia of the holding brake is 3.6 x 10-4 kgm2 whereas the collective rotor moment of inertia of the MAC093C-1-FS-3-C/130-B-2 is 45.6 x 10-4 kgm2.
Indramat Rexroth suggests the installation elevation of 1000 meters above sea level. It has a centering diameter is 110 mm for designs of B05, and B14. The voltage constant of the tacho generator is 0.0286 Vs/ rad and the tacho voltage is 9V. The MAC093C-1-FS-3-C/130-B-2 has the constant torque at 20 C of 0.579 Nm/A and the maximum peak of pulse current is 173 amperes. It has class F insulation that is usually made of mica, glass fiber, asbestos, and other materials.
