Product Description
The MAC093C-1-DS-4-C/110-A-0/WA610XX by Rexroth Bosch is an advanced servo AC motor. There are two types of Servo AC motors. Asynchronous and Synchronous. Asynchronous motors are also known as induction motors. Synchronous motors use permanent magnets on the rotor and as a result, the rotor rotates synchronously with the magnetic field produced by it. Whereas MAC093C-1-DS-4-C/110-A-0/WA610XX which is also an asynchronous or induction motor uses an induction-based rotor that lags behind the rotating magnetic field produced by the stator. Such motors are cheap, highly durable and reliable.
Servo AC motors are generally more expensive as compared to standard AC motors due to their advanced features and more complex feedback systems. To ensure good performance these devices need constant maintenance and at the same time they must be kept away from harsh weather conditions. Mac series comes in various sizes and lengths however particularly MAC093C-1-DS-4-C/110-A-0/WA610XX has a fixed size of 093 and an already designated length of C. An axial blower for temperature regulation is used with a voltage of 230 V.
The winding speed refers to the speed at which the wire is wound onto a core during the process of manufacturing. For the model MAC093C-1-DS-4-C/110-A-0/WA610XX this speed is considered to be almost 4000 rpm. The winding speed may be affected by the type and diameter of the wire used and the machine's capabilities. MAC093C-1-DS-4-C/110-A-0/WA610XX uses tacho feedback and mounted incremental or absolute encoder. The centering diameter for both designs B05 and B14 is 110-coded. The electrical power connection is provided towards Side A. Moreover, unlike most versions of this series, MAC093C-1-DS-4-C/110-A-0/WA610XX comes without a blocking brake for simplicity.
