Product Description
MAC is a series of AC servo motors for analogue drives with rapid response performance. These operate together with TDM, DSC and KDS drive controllers performing dynamic functions. The industrial applications of the MAC include packaging machinery, printing presses, machine tools, handling equipment, robotics and transfer facilities. The given MAC series is developed by Rexroth Indramat which is known for developing state-of-the art industrial drives and its controllers. Moreover, reliability and robustness are the core elements of the Rexroth’s products.
MAC servo drives use permanent magnets excitation with employing electronic commutation as operating principle. The magnets are manufactured from such materials which gives the drive very low moment of inertia ultimately enhancing its precise controlling while functioning. Drive controller is programmed prior to commissioning of the drive. Feedback of the MAC motor drive is always tachofeedback with space for specific additional encoders i.e. incremental or absolute value encoder. Moreover, its design is compact and follows IP-65 standards of internal protection making it suitable to work under extreme ambient conditions. Likewise, the MAC motor drives are with high degree of operational reliability and with high out performance.
Uniquely, the part number MAC093C-0-FS-4-C/130-A-3/WI534LX refers to a specified industrial drive. MAC stands for motor analogue drive with 093 its size and C its length. Digit 0 specifies the cooling type of the motor which is natural convection. Symbol FS is the motor windings with its rated speed as 3000 rpm. The 4-C defines the feedback of the motor drive as tachofeedback and its standard tacho type. Moreover, the 130 is the centering diameter while symbol A represents power connection to side A of the motor drive. The blocking brake of the given drive is with extra-heavy duty having a torque value of 22 Nm.
