Product Description
The MAC093C-0-CS-4-C/110-A-1/DI522LV/S004 is one of Rexroth’s most unique MAC AC servo motors. Externally, this motor product inherits the dimensions of MAC093C motors, featuring a 110 mm diameter and a 375 mm frame. Overall, it weighs 22.6 kilograms, including its standard blocking brake. For MAC motors equipped with a standard blocking brake, the maximum holding torque rating is 6.5 Nm. The MAC093C-0-CS-4-C/110-A-1/DI522LV/S004 has a CS-winding and a rated speed of 6000 rpm. Because of its base speed, this motor model performs better in high-speed applications. The MAC093C-0-CS-4-C/110-A-1/DI522LV/S004 includes no mounted fans, implying that the motor facilitates temperature regulation via convection.
At standstill or stall conditions, the MAC093C-0-CS-4-C/110-A-1/DI522LV/S004 delivers an output torque and current of 19.5 Nm and 60 A, respectively. For motors, the continuous standstill values can be obtained by performing a locked-rotor test. These standstill values are the foundation for effective protection system design. Based on Rexroth’s MAC AC documentation, MAC093CX-X-CS motors have a winding resistance and inductance of 0.057 ohms and 0.9 mH, respectively. Compared with motors with other winding designations, CS motors have the lowest values for winding resistance and inductance. And because the resistance and inductance directly affect the motor impedance, CS motors also have the highest peak pulse current at 302 A.
Aside from the MAC093C-0-CS-4-C/110-A-1/DI522LV/S004’s dimensions and ratings, another strong feature of this motor model is its motor feedback. The MAC093C-0-CS-4-C/110-A-1/DI522LV/S004 has a built-in Tacho voltage generator with an incremental encoder. However, instead of just a normal incremental encoder, this motor model uses a shock-damped incremental encoder, which provides better noise immunity and performance. Wake Industrial offers a one-year warranty for this product.
