This motor is a permanent magnet excited motor, designed with materials that provide very low inertia, making it highly efficient and responsive. One of the standout features of this motor is its ability to run maintenance-free. The brushless design eliminates the need for regular upkeep, and the motor uses lifetime lubricated bearings, further reducing maintenance requirements. The materials used in its construction are highly resistant to soluble oils and acids, allowing the motor to perform reliably even in adverse conditions. The motor's robust construction includes two integrated thermoswitches, which provide protection against overload damage. The motor features surface cooling through a fixed axial blower mounted on the top. This blower operates by blowing air over the stator windings and the motor’s housing from the B side to the A side. The blower, designed for extreme loads, runs on 230V AC and ensures that the overall temperature of the motor remains within the optimal operational range. To ensure effective cooling, a minimum distance of 80mm must be maintained between the blower and any other component installed beside it. This effective cooling mechanism allows the motor to operate efficiently between 0 and 45 degrees Celsius. Within this temperature range, the motor performs seamlessly and maintenance-free. However, operating outside this range may compromise the motor's overall performance.
