The MAC093B-0-OS-4-C/110-B-2/WA605XX/S014 offers dynamic performance and reliability in a compact motor. Manufactured by Bosch Rexroth, this high-performing motor is part of the MAC series of rapid-response servo drives designed for use along with TDM, KDS and DSC drive controllers. The motor has integrated natural convection cooling for performance reliability across a range of applications. Efficient heat dissipation helps to increase the load capacity of the motor and prevent thermal damage by ensuring a stable operating temperature. The robust design of the motor also permits use in environments where the motor may be exposed to dust or moisture. The housing of the motor is sealed against contaminants per IP 65 requirements permitting safe use even in harsh industrial conditions.
The motor is optimized for high performance and comes with a favorable torque-inertia ratio. It has a rated nominal speed of 2,000 min-1. The motor has a windings inductance rating of 9.0 mH and can accommodate a maximum pulse current of 89 A. To deliver excellent smooth running performance, the motor is equipped with high-resolution tachofeedback. It also comes with a mounted encoder to ensure accurate data on speed and rotor position. The motor?s tacho type is standard with the tacho voltage set to the nominal motor speed. This model has a heavy-duty holding brake to prevent backlash during standstill by holding the servo axes in place.
For ease of installation, the motor comes with Side B connectors where power and encoder cables can be attached to the unit. The motor has a centering diameter of 110. It has a mass of 16.5 kg in a compact design that allows integration in different setups and machine conditions.
