Product Description
Bosch Rexroth's latest innovation in industrial automation is the MAC093B-0-OS-2-C/110-A-0 AC servo motor from MAC series. This model is designed for precision and durability in demanding industrial environments.
The MAC093B AC servo motor operates on 3-phase AC power supplied by controllers such as TDM, KDS, or DSC. It features a brushless, maintenance-free design and lubricated bearings for the motor's lifetime. This design ensures reliable performance with minimal upkeep. At a continuous operating speed of 2000 rpm, the MAC093B motor offers a torque of 14.5 Nm at a standstill, demonstrating a high power-to-weight ratio thanks to its compact design. The motor consumes 18 A of current in static conditions and maintains operational stability with a thermal time constant of 50 minutes. Natural cooling keeps the MAC093B AC servo motor at optimal temperatures, supporting its operation within an ambient range of 0 to +45 degrees Celsius without reducing the rated data. Its moment of inertia is 29 x 10-4 kgm2, with a winding resistance of 0.625 Ohm and a torque constant of 0.831 Nm/A at 20 degrees Celsius. This model's robust construction features a B05 or B14 flange, allowing flexible mounting in any configuration. The plain output shaft, with a pilot diameter of 110 mm, ensures a secure, non-positive shaft-hub connection. The Indramat AC servo motor is encased in prime black housing to resist yellowing and weathering, maintaining its appearance under harsh conditions. It is IP 65 and Class F rated, ensuring protection against dust ingress, low-pressure water jets, and insulation faults. The motor weighs 16.5 kg and includes standard tacho feedback for precise positioning and speed monitoring.
Suitable for applications like machine tools, transfer facilities, and printing machines, the MAC093B-0-OS-2-C/110-A-0 AC servo motor is an excellent choice for advanced industrial automation solutions. The power connector, accessible at the top on side A, is compatible with Indramat INK 250/INK 650 motor power cables, simplifying installation. Remember, grounding the motor to the drive controller is essential for safety and performance.
