Product Description
MAC093B-0-JS-4-C/110-A-2/WA610XX/S005 is a permanent magnet-excited motor with electronic commutation. This motor of the MAC series from Bosch Rexroth Indramat acts as a rapid-response servo drive in conjunction with TDM, KDS, and DSC drive controllers. It works well in machine tools, printing presses, textile machines, robotics, packaging machinery, and transfer facilities. It features a tachofeedback for motor feedback and includes an encoder for position evaluation. This motor allows surface cooling for extreme loads.
The nominal motor speed of 3000 revolutions per minute (RPM) optimizes performance for intended applications. The 14.5 Nm of continuous torque at standstill produced by this motor helps in reducing energy consumption when maintaining a position. It draws 27 A of continuous current at standstill, which optimizes power consumption when holding a position. The rotor moment of inertia of 0.0029 kilograms-meter square extends the lifespan of this motor by minimizing stress on its components. The ratio of torque generated per unit of current when the temperature is kept at 20 degrees Celsius is 0.554 Nm/A. The windings inductance of 4 mH helps in filtering current spikes and makes sure that this motor runs smoothly. The maximum peak of pulse current of 134 A makes this motor efficient enough to handle temporary overload conditions. The 16.5 kg weight of this motor makes it a good fit for dynamic applications.
The installation elevation should not be more than 1000 meters above sea level, and the ambient temperature to run this motor should be between 0 to +45 degrees Celsius. According to DIN 40 050 guidelines, it is protected against contact with moving or live parts, penetration by extrinsic objects, and water. Its housing is painted with a black prime coat.
