The length and weight of the motor are 316 millimeters and 16.5 kilograms respectively. A heavy-duty blocking brake is installed on the motor. Its holding torque is 14 Nm. The brake acts as a safety device: it only allows motor shaft rotation when an electrical release signal is transmitted from the motor controller. The main shaft on the motor includes a keyway. This motor shaft is DIN 6885-1 compliant. The power connection is located on side B of the housing. If required, operators can select other locations for the power connection.
