Product Description

MAC093B-0-GS-4-C/110-B-2/WI517LV/S001 was designed by the Rexroth Bosch company as one of the AC servo motors of the MAC series. It is one of the quick response servo motors manufactured as permanent magnet excited motors with electronic commutation. This size 093 device comes with a nominal speed of 4000 min-¹ and has a length of B. It has the power connection to side B and comes with a standard tacho type. 

The efficient motor has a thermal time constant of 50(45)⁵ mins and the motor cools by natural convection. The torque constant of the device is 0.0388 Nm/A at 20⁰C while the continuous torque at standstill is 14.5(20.5)⁵ Nm. The rotor moment of inertia is 29×10-⁴ Kgm² and it has a maximum peak pulse current of 192 A. There is a tacho feedback with incremental encoder mounted in the device. This allows for speed evaluation per tacho generator and rotor position recognition. The motor's power connection is to side B and it comes with a continuous current at standstill 38(53)⁵ A. The centering diameter for design B05 and B14 measures 110 mm. 

MAC093B-0-GS-4-C/110-B-2/WI517LV/S001 has a heavy duty blocking brake with 14 Nm while the tacho voltage is set at 1.5V/1000 min-¹. The winding inductance of  and winding resistance at 20⁰C are 2.0 mH and 0.136 Ohm respectively. Moreover, it has been designed with housing and covers aimed at protecting the unit from damage. In accordance with IP 65 protection standards, the motor is protected against entry of water, dust and other extrinsic objects that could result in its damage.
