Product Description
The MAC093B-0-GS-4-C/110-A-2/WI518LV servo motor is built by the reputable Bosch Rexroth Indramat to convert electrical energy into kinetic energy and to provide industrial machines with this kinetic energy through a very efficient transmission system. The motor is part of the MAC synchronous motor series, it is maintenance free, and is delivered with a 12-month warranty from wake industrial. Although this control of this servo motor can be handled by other drive controllers, the TDM, DSC, and KDS drive controllers from Bosch Rexroth are recommended. The motor is a permanent magnet excited device, during operation, it generates less heat and friction compared to traditional motor series, it can also delivery a higher power output despite its compact size. The electronic commutation of this motor helps it to consume little electricity, and still undergo a continuous operation at high repeat frequency.
The MAC093B-0-GS-4-C/110-A-2/WI518LV motor keeps its surface and internal temperature within a permissible range through natural convection, thermo switches present in the motor housing also helps to monitor the motor temperature and protect it from overtemperature damage. The speed of the motor rotor under normal conditions is approximately 4000 revolutions per minute. When the motor is at a standstill, it produces a continuous torque of 14.5 newton meters and operates with an input current of 38 amperes.
The MAC093B-0-GS-4-C/110-A-2/WI518LV industrial servo motor operates with a torque constant of 0.388 newton meters per ampere when the surface temperature of the motor is about 20 degrees celsius. The winding resistance of the motor is about 0.136 ohms. The encoder integrated with the high resolution tacho feedback of the motor is an incremental encoder, the encoder works with either square-wave pulses or sinusoidal signals.
