Product Description
The Rexroth Indramat manufactures the MAC093B-0-ES-2-C/110-B-1/S001 AC servo motor. At a tachometer voltage of 1.5 V/1000 min^-1, the servo motor is intended to function. Utilized for feedback control, this voltage is proportionate to the motor's speed. The motor is designed to endure a range of weather conditions. A lesser IP50 rating applies to the shaft lead-through in drive shafts without a sealing ring. Despite this, it offers an IP65 protection rating that protects it against dust and water jets. This servo motor can operate in most industrial environments with reliability because of its range of working temperatures, which extends from 0 to +45 °C.
It may be transported and kept securely in a larger temperature range of -20 to +80 °C. The module can also operate at elevations of up to 1000 meters above sea level, which increases its adaptability to a range of geographic conditions. The electrical insulation used in the construction of this module is class F, which can tolerate temperatures as high as 155 degrees Celsius. For durability and protection, a black primer coat (RAL 9005) is applied to the motor's exterior.
The motor's capacity to store electrical energy in its magnetic field is indicated by its winding inductance, which is 1.0 mH. It is capable of withstanding transient spikes in high currents up to a maximum peak pulse current of 268 A. When the motor is exposed to a temperature change, the thermal time constant of 45 minutes shows how long it takes for it to reach 63% of its ultimate temperature. The motor's 16.5 kg weight should be taken into account when incorporating it into a device or system. 110 mm is the centering diameter of this servo motor. We offer a one-year warranty.
