Product Description
High-performance AC servo motors from Rexroth Indramat include the MAC093A-2-LS-3-C/110-A-0/S001. It is a member of the MAC 093 series and has axial blower surface cooling for effective heat dissipation when in use. Preserving the best performance at high speeds and heavy loads depends on this cooling technique. Working at a nominal speed of 4000 min^-1 and a phase current of 23 A, the motor is appropriate for jobs demanding quick and accurate motions. The servo motor receives position input from the incremental encoder type 520LV, which runs on a 5V power source.
Notable are the torque properties of the motor. Its 12 Nm stationary torque allows it to provide torque even while the rotor is not turning. This is accomplished at 28 A constant current. The efficiency of the motor in turning electrical current into mechanical torque is shown by the torque constant of 0.438 Nm/A. The moment of inertia of the rotor is moreover 22 x 10^-4 kgm^2. Reduced moment of inertia increases the motor's agility and allows for quick acceleration and deceleration—two things that are critical for uses like robotics and accurate equipment.
The 4.0 mH winding inductance of this servo motor affects both its electrical behavior and response. Its short-duration maximum peak pulse current of 108 A facilitates quick acceleration and deceleration. The 50-minute thermal time constant shows how long it takes the motor, after a step change in temperature, to get to around 63% of its ultimate temperature. A smooth operation is facilitated by the 110 mm centering diameter, which guarantees exact alignment during installation. For easy electrical integration, the power connection is situated on side A of the motor. One year is our warranty period.
