The MAC093A-0-WS-4-C/130-A-1/WI534LX has a WS winding type that allows it to reach its nominal speed when the shaft has no load. During this mode of operation, both the torque and the current are lower than their stall values. During its transient period, when the motor changes from the de-energized state to the energized state, it achieves its standstill parameters. The standstill parameters approximate the starting characteristics of the motor, which are crucial for sizing protection circuits and systems. For this motor model, the stall values are 11 A and 9.2 Nm. During spike conditions, however, the current’s peak value may reach as high as 54 A. Careful handling of the motor is a must.
