MAC093A-0-PS-4-C/110-B-0/WI520LV is a Bosch Rexroth servo motor. It has a brushless design and uses electronic commutation for safety and reliability. In contrast to mechanical commutation, electronic commutation is more reliable and safer as there is no sparking commonly found in motors with carbon brushes. MAC motors, with IP65 rated housings and cable connections, are fully dustproof and safe from water directed from low-pressure water jets. With separate power and feedback connections, it is possible to separate the cables to prevent electro-magnetic interference. MAC motors, with tacho feedback, enable precise and accurate speed and position control. Optional MAC motor features include surface cooling, blocking brakes, and shafts with a keyway. MAC093A-0-PS-4-C/110-B-0/WI520LV is a motor designed for convection cooling. Its speed rating is 3000 RPM. The continuous torque output at standstill is 9.2 Nm.

Thermal time constant of the motor is 50 minutes. at the time of delivery, the motors are packed onto a palette or in cartons. The packing depends upon the number and size of the motors. There is a barcode sticker on the packaging of the motor. If multiple motors are in a carton or container, there is a separate sticker for each motor. Each motor is delivered with one rating plate attached to the motor housing. If operators order a duplicate rating, it is placed over the primary one using double-sided tape. Unused MAC motors must be stored in a dry and shock-free environment. The permitted ambient temperature range for storage and transport is -20 to 80 degrees Celsius. The working temperature is 0 to 45 degrees Celsius.
