MAC093A-0-LS-4-C/110-B-0/W1524LX is a servo motor. It is a product of Bosch Rexroth. The motor is part of the MAC AC motor series. MAC motor features include permanent magnets for low inertia, electronic commutation for reliability and safety, IP65 rated housings for ingress protection, separate power and feedback cables, flange for mounting, tacho feedback for position and speed evaluation, and optional blocking brakes. MAC motors are available for convection cooled or surface cooled operation. The choice of cooling method depends on load requirements: surface cooling enable higher output torque and is suitable for higher load requirements. Both axial and radial cooling fans are available for surface cooled motors. MAC093A-0-LS-4-C/110-B-0/W1524LX motor is designed by Bosch for convection cooling. During normal operation, it delivers 9.2 Nm continuous torque at standstill and 22 Amps continuous current at standstill.

Centering diameter of the motor is 110 millimeters. Additional mechanical specifications include 13 kilograms weight, 275 millimeters length, and 24 millimeters shaft diameter. Applications of MAC motors include packaging machinery, robotics, handling equipment and transfer facilities. The MAC093A-0-LS-4-C/110-B-0/W1524LX motor has a plain shaft for non-positive shaft-hub connections. The power and feedback cables connect directly to the motor via corresponding flanged sockets. The housing of the motor is protected by a black prime coat. This prime coat protects the motor from weathering, yellowing and chalky build-ups, diluted acids and lyes. The prime coat can peel off if the housing is frequently cleaned with a steam cleaner. An additional paint layer can be applied on top of this prime coat. The thickness of the paint layer must not be more than 40 millimeters. Only qualified and trained professionals should handle and operate the motor.
