MAC092B-0-QD-4-C/095-B-1/WI574LV/S001 is a Bosch Rexroth motor from the MAC product line. The MAC series of AC motors support purpose built tacho feedback technology. A tacho generator installed on the motor provides measurements for motor speed and position. These measurements are sent by the motor to the connected motor controller. MAC motors are compatible with Bosch motor controllers from the TDM, DSC and KDS series. These controllers supply motor power via a dedicated power cable. The controllers also control motor speed and position. Algorithms running on the controllers take into account motor feedback while determining the controller output. This is an example of closed loop control which, is used for applications with strict requirements for accuracy and precision. MAC motor are brushless motors and use life-time lubricated motor bearing.

Their IP65 rated housings and cable connections provide strong protection against solid and liquid ingress. MAC motor are maintenance-free, support integrated temperature sensors to prevent overload damage, deliver high dynamic performance, and their peak torque is available over a wide speed range. Pinions and belt pulleys can be directly mounted onto the shaft because the design of the bearing assembly makes the application of high radial loads possible.
