MAC092B-0-QD-4-C/095-B-0/WI518LV is a Bosch Rexroth servo motor. It is part of the MAC AC motor series. MAC motors are made with permanent magnets that allow construction of low-inertia motors, which provides fast response times and is critical for energy efficiency. Instead of carbon brushes, MAC motors use electronic commutation for current switching. In combination with life-time lubricated bearings and IP65 rated housing, electronic commutation enables maintenance-free operation of MAC motors. The IP65 rated housing provides full dust ingress protection as well as protection from low-pressure water jets. MAC motors support multiple cooling options. Operators can select the cooling option that matches application load requirements. MAC motors have a flange for secure machine attachment. Tacho feedback is a standard feature on all MAC motors for position and speed evaluation.

The optimal site elevation for motor deployment is 0 to 1000 meters. Derated operation is allowed at 1000 to 5000 meters altitude. Even though derated operation is permitted, it should be avoided to prevent motor malfunction and failure. The motor centering diameter is on side B of the housing. The main power connection is on side B of the housing. Minimum 100 millimeters spacing should be provided between the power and feedback cables to prevent interference. Only qualified personnel should work on MAC motors.
