MAC092B-0-QD-4-C/095-B-0/AM164SG is a Bosch Rexroth servo motor. It is made for industrial applications such as robotics, machine tools, robotics, and textiles. MAC motors use electronic commutation for safe and reliable current switching. The brushless design improves reliability as well as safety, enabling MAC motor use for applications where brushed motors cannot be used. MAC motors provide robust ingress protection with IP65 rated housings and cable connections. This rating indicates full dust ingress protection as well as protection from low-pressure water jets. MAC motors are maintenance-free: this is enabled by the brushless design, use of life-time lubricated bearings, and IP65 rated housing. A black prime coat is applied to the motor housing for protection from environmental contaminants. If required, an additional 40 millimeter paint layer can be applied on top of the prime coat.

MAC092B-0-QD-4-C/095-B-0/AM164SG is a MAD092 series motor with 95 millimeters centering diameter. It is designed for convection cooling and requires 0 to 45 degrees Celsius ambient temperature for rated output. Surface cooling is an option for MAC motors. Operators can order radial or axial cooling fans that run on 115 or 230 Volts AC external power. The motor has a power connection on side B. If required, operators can select other locations for the power connection. The motor does not feature a blocking brake. However, blocking brakes are available as an option for MAC motors and can be specified at the time of ordering. The motor?s insulation class is F. The optimal site elevation for motor operation is 0 to 1000 meters. Bosch permits derated operation at 1000 to 5000 meters elevation. For optimal performance, only qualified professionals should operate the motor.
