Product Description
A powerful servo motor intended for demanding industrial uses is the MAC092B-0-QD-1-B/095-B-1/DI01250. It has a baseline motor velocity of 2000 min-1 and an ongoing torque of 7.2 Nm at standstill, with an ultimate torque of 10.5 Nm. The motor possesses a rotor moment of inertia of 36 x 10-4 kgm2 and runs constantly at a fixed current of 11.9 A, with an ultimate current of 17.4 A. With winding resistance & inductance of 0.97 Ohm & 5.1 mH, respectively, the torque constant at 20 C is 0.67 Nm/A. The motor has a thermal constant time of 60 (45) minutes and is capable of handling an ultimate peak current pulse of 86 Amperes. It weighs eighteen kg.
Up to 45C ambient temperature and a medium practical RPM of around 25% of its highest speed (nmax), this servo motor can maintain its continuous torque. Based on the thermal time constant, the motor's thermal design allows an overheating of 60K at the motor housing. The connected motor documentation should be checked for continuous torque numbers at higher RPMs.
An absolute encoder integrated into the motor gives an obvious value whenever the orientation of the motor shifts. Comprehensive referencing procedures are not required since these values are maintained even in the event of an emergency shutdown or power failure. Even if the axis has been altered while the machine is in a current less condition, the feedback position value is still obtainable upon turning it back on. The absolute encoder uses gray code to represent spots in 360 increments at an accuracy of 24 bits. It provides 4096 resolutions with 4096 increments every 360. The motor works well for applications needing accurate and dependable positioning feedback because of its high accuracy.
