The MAC092A-0-DD-4-C/095-B-0/WA605XX is developed by the Bosch Rexroth Indramat company. The product is featured in the MAC AC series lineup of high-accuracy servo motors designed for industrial and commercial use. These servo motors have very low inertia due to their design with permanent magnets. They feature a tachofeedback for evaluating the speed and tracking the position of the rotor. They are also very reliable during operation as a result of their design and structural features.
The MAC092A-0-DD-4-C/095-B-0/WA605XX features excellent smooth running and a high output data since the motor can provide high torque with low inertia. The unit can employ the peak torque across a wide range of speeds. Its electronic commutation feature and high load capacity enable it to offer high repetition start-stop operations. The unit is rated for use in ambient temperatures not greater than 45 degrees Celsius and not less that zero degrees Celsius. The unit can be stored in temperatures as low as -20 degrees Celsius and as high as 80 degrees Celsius.
The maximum installation elevation for the unit is a thousand meters above sea level. It features a black prime coat for the housing. An additional layer of paint can be added to cover the prime coat, but it should not exceed a thickness of 40 micrometers. The unit supports installation via mounting flange and has an output shaft. The unit includes a standard mounted incremental encoder that also provides feedback for the rotor’s velocity and position. The specially designed encoder unit is highly-resistant to environmental conditions. An absolute encoder, which provides absolute values for the position of the rotor, can also be used with this servo motor unit.
