Product Description
MAC090C-1-GD-4-C/110-A-2/WI524LV/S018 is a Bosch Rexroth servo motor with 3000 RPM nominal speed rating. Additional technical specifications include 16 Nm continuous torque at standstill and 41.3 Amps continuous current at standstill. Standstill refers to the motor state when the shaft is not rotating. Therefore the current and torque values at standstill are maximum values that the motor can safely produce. Exceeding these values for an extended period of time can cause hardware damage. These output data are valid for 0 to +45 degrees Celsius temperature and 0 to 1000 meters elevation. If the operating conditions deviate from these values, the output data will decrease. If higher ambient temperatures and higher installation elevations occur simultaneously, then the respective load factors multiply. MAC motors are protected by their housing and covers which adhere to the guidelines found in DIN 40 050.
The motor are protected against contact with motor parts, penetration by extrinsic objects and penetration of water. For extreme demands as in the case of punching, pressing, press feeds and similar applications, MAC motors are only suitable if shock-damped mounting or mounted shock decoupling is used. The housing of MAC motors is painted with a black prime coat. An additional layer of paint can cover this prime coat. The thickness of the layer must not exceed 40 millimeters. This prime coat is resistant to weathering, yellowing and chalky build-ups as well as diluted acids and lyes. Frequent cleaning with cleaned with a steam cleaner can cause the coat to peel and should therefore be avoided. The blocking brake installed on the MAC090C-1-GD-4-C/110-A-2/WI524LV/S018 motor provides 14 Nm holding torque. An axial cooling fan operates at 230 Volts AC.
