The MAC090C-1-GD-4-C/110-A-0/WI532LX is a MAC AC servo motor with a nominal speed of 3,000 revolutions per minute. It permits extreme loads like continuous start-stop operations with a high level of repetitive frequency. This is due to the use of an axial surface cooling unit for heat dissipation. Electronic commutation also allows such operations as it gives the high cyclic load capacity required to prevent failure due to fatigue. The MAC motor’s bearings remain lubricated throughout their service life, estimated at 30,000 operating hours. Using such bearings increases the operational reliability of the motor and reduces its maintenance requirements.
