MAC090C-0-KD-4-C/130-A-2/WI522LV/S029 is a MAC series AC servo motor. It is suited to several types of industrial applications such as machine tools, textile machines, transfer facilities and packaging machinery. The motor has an IP65 rated housing that provides excellent environmental protection. Bosch has designed the motor for flange mounting. The size of the motor flange is 140 millimeters. The diameter of each of the four mounting holes on the flange is 11 millimeters. Length of the servo motor is 407 millimeters and its centering diameter is 130 millimeters. The power obtains power from a drive controller. The main power plug on the motor is located on side A of the housing. The motor power connector must be ordered separately. The motor support tacho feedback. The tacho feedback connector must be ordered separately.

It requires 0 to 45 degrees Celsius ambient temperature for rated output. Temperatures outside this range lead to derated performance. The continuous torque output at standstill is 10.4 Nm and the continuous current output at standstill is 17 Amps. Speed rating of the servo motor is 2000 RPM. The motor is equipped with a heavy-duty blocking brake. The brake prevents shaft rotation until a 24 Volts DC electrical release signal is applied. Holding torque rating of the brake is 14 Nm. The main motor shaft has a plain design. Operators can order shaft with DIN 6885-1 compliant keyways. Operators can also order shafts with a shaft seal. To prevent installation errors, only trained personnel should handle and operate the motor. Only approved accessories should be used with the motor.
