Product Description

MAC090C-0-KD-2-C/130-B-0/S003 is a Bosch Rexroth AC servo motor. It is especially designed for demanding industrial applications. It has a special 130 millimeter centering diameter. A larger centering diameter helps in achieving more precise alignment of the motor with other components in the assembly, which reduces misalignment issues and ensures smoother operation. Another benefit is that motors with larger centering diameters can better distribute the mechanical loads during operation. The motor has a power connection on side B of the housing. This power connection complies with IP65 requirements for strong ingress protection. A separate feedback connection on the motor also complies with IP65 requirements. The housing of the MAC090C-0-KD-2-C/130-B-0/S003 servo motor is IP65 rated. Strong ingress protection ? as indicated by the IP65 rating ? allows use of MAC motors in a wide range of operating environments.

It not only helps improve motor reliability, but also helps to reduce maintenance requirements for improved productivity and profitability. The motor?s performance specifications include 2000 RPM nominal speed rating, 10.4 Nm continuous torque at standstill, 17 Amps continuous current at standstill, 0.0053 kg m2 rotor moment of inertia, and 0.68 Nm/A torque constant at 20 degrees Celsius. Optimal MAC motor operation is only possible when the ambient temperature is between 0 and 45 degrees Celsius and when the site elevation is between 0 and 1000 meters above mean sea level. MAC motor use outside these limits leads to output derating and can lead to malfunction. The maximum permitted ambient temperature for derated output is 55 degrees Celsius. The maximum permitted site elevation for derated output is 5000 meters. Only qualified technical personnel should maintain and operate MAC AC servo motors.
