The Bosch Rexroth MAC090C-0-KD-1-B/110-A-0-I00625/S001 AC servomotor should be mounted to the machine only by trained personnel. When mounting or commissioning the unit, the mounting and installation guidelines provided in the product manual should be followed to avoid damage to the machine. The connector housing and the output shaft of the motor have plastic protective covers to protect the components they cover against damage and moisture. These protective covers must not be removed until shortly before mounting the motor into the machine. The device has a rating plate attached to its housing for identification.

The MAC motor should be stored in a dry, shock-free, and dry-free environment. The output shaft of the product is equipped with a shaft sealing. If the servomotor is stored for over two years, it is crucial to grind it in before usage. The housing of the device is coated with a black prime coat. An extra layer of paint can be used to cover this prime coat. A wide range of ready-made cables is available, thereby cutting off additional installation work. Mounting the product to the machine is quite simple. The device sports high dynamic performance because of its favorable torque-inertia ratio.

The temperature of the MAC motor is monitored with thermo switches which are integrated into its winding and stator housing. The product has permanent magnets and supports electronic commutation. The unit is compatible with TDM, DSC, and KDS drive controllers. The motor is suitable for use in industrial machinery, including textile machines, packaging machinery, handling equipment, and transfer facilities. The motor is not equipped with a blocking brake. Its power connection is directed towards Side A.
