The Bosch Rexroth MAC090C-0-K0-4-C/110-A-0/WI522LV/S001 is a high-performance AC servomotor in the MAC series. The motor is a rapid-response servo drive that works in conjunction with KDS, TDM, and DSC drive controllers. The motor feedback of the unit is made up of one tacho feedback and is additionally equipped with a mounted incremental encoder. The tacho feedback is used for speed evaluation and the mounted encoder is meant for position evaluation. The motor has a 12-pin flanged socket for the feedback and encoder connections. The MAC motor can be used even in poor environmental conditions. This is because its housing is completely enclosed as per the IP 65 protection category. The continuous torque of the device at standstill is 10.4 Nm. Its continuous current at standstill is 17.0 A. The unit has a thermal time constant of 60 minutes. The mass of the motor is 23 kg. The product comes with a wide range of readymade cables, eventually eliminating extra installation work. The motor housing is painted using a black prime coat. The user can cover this prime coat using an additional layer of paint. However, the thickness of the layer should not exceed 40 mm.
