MAC090C-0-GD-4HC/110-A-0/WI524LV is a Bosch Rexroth servo motor. It is part of the MAC product line. MAC motors are compatible with TDM, KDS and DSC drive controllers. These motor controllers have two functions: provide electrical power for the motor and control motor speed and position. A dedicated power cable carries power from the controller to the motor. This cable connects to a power connection on the motor housing. Operators can specify the location of the motor power connection. A separate feedback cable carries feedback from the motor to the motor controller. MAC motors support tacho feedback for speed and position evaluation. MAC motors use life-time lubricated bearings and electronic commutation for reliable and safe operation. The brushless motor design and use of life-time lubricated bearings enables maintenance-free MAC motor operation.

MAC motors can be used directly within the working area of the machines under poor environmental conditions. This is because the motor housing is enclosed as per protection category IP65 and the motor power and feedback cables and encoder cables meet IP65 demands. MAC motors provide high dynamic performance due to a robust torque-inertia ratio. Heat dissipation from the motor windings enables high overload capacity. The compact construction provides a high power to weight ratio. A high cyclic load capacity enables start-stop operation with high repetition rates.
