MAC090C-0-GD-4HC/110-A-0/WI524LV is a Bosch Rexroth servo motor. It is part of the MAC product line. MAC motors are compatible with TDM, KDS and DSC drive controllers. These motor controllers have two functions: provide electrical power for the motor and control motor speed and position. A dedicated power cable carries power from the controller to the motor. This cable connects to a power connection on the motor housing. Operators can specify the location of the motor power connection. A separate feedback cable carries feedback from the motor to the motor controller. MAC motors support tacho feedback for speed and position evaluation. MAC motors provide high dynamic performance due to a robust torque-inertia ratio. Heat dissipation from the motor windings enables high overload capacity. The compact construction provides a high power to weight ratio. A high cyclic load capacity enables start-stop operation with high repetition rates. The MAC090C-0-GD-4HC/110-A-0/WI524LV motor has a 3000 RPM nominal speed. The continuous standstill torque and current ratings are 9.6 Nm and 24.8 Amps respectively. A blocking brake is not available. The main power connection is on side A of the housing.
