The MAC090C-0-GD-4-C/110-A-1/WA612XX/S005 is a high quality servo motor from the MAC series of servo motors that provide open functionality and high efficiency. The motor is suitable for drive control applications and can be used with drive controllers for integrating the closed loop feedback of the motor with the feedback loop of the drive controllers. This results in complete control over the drive parameters where the speed and position are constantly monitored and adjusted in accordance with the programmed values. This model can be used for automating the industrial processes required for automating assembly and production lines. The system is also used in paper printing and paper manufacturing applications. Various types of metal machining applications can also be supported with this model. The servo motor is compatible with the DSC, TDM, and KDS drive controllers.
The MAC090C-0-GD-4-C/110-A-1/WA612XX/S005 is excited using permanent magnets and is also used with electronic commutation. The electronic commutation used in this model ensures that the motor’s peak torque remains available for a wide range of motor speeds. This model also comes with a secondary braking mechanism (holding brake). The holding brake can clamp the motor's shaft in a fixed position when the motor is operating in a de-energized state. This model’s permanent magnets provide a high energy density and also ensure that the motor can be constructed with very low rotor inertia. This model also has its own secondary braking mechanism in the form of a holding brake that can locate the motor's shaft in a fixed position. The internal circuits of this motor are protected with F class insulation.
