The MAC090B-0-PD-4-C/110-B-0/WI520LV model of the AC servo motor comes in a compact size and energy-efficient design. These motors are constructed to allow peak torque utilization over a broad speed spectrum. Bosch Rexroth is a pioneer in this domain.

The MAC090 motor is available in several sizes and winding designations to meet diverse customer requirements. The servo motor is allowed to be operated with an AC power supply powering through electrical connectors at the B-side of housing. The housing meets IP65 protection requirements and is perfectly sealed against dust and other extrinsic objects. The motor is protected against water jets sprayed from all sides. This high efficiency motor can run at 2,000 revolutions per minute for longer duration without data loss. The ambient temperature must be controlled in-between 0 and +45 degree Celsius. If needed, it can hold the output shaft by generating continuous 7.2 Nm torque, consuming 11.8 A of current. The total mass of the motor is 18 kg and operates with 60 minutes of thermal time constant. The MAC090 servomotor is designed to have 110mm centering diameter and comes with a standard flange for easy mounting. This model comes without the blocking brakes. For heat efficiency, the motor is optimized for natural convection.

The MAC090B-0-PD-4-C/110-B-0/WI520LV is equipped with an incremental or absolute encoder module that functions in collaboration with a standard tacho-feedback unit to recognize and control output shaft position and speed. The housing is protected with a black paint having RAL 9005. This also protects the device from weathering effects. It offers 5.1 mH of winding inductance and 0.97 Ohm of winding resistance while generating 0.67 Nm/A of torque constant at 20 degree Celsius.
