MAC090B-0-PD-3-C/110-B-0 is a Bosch Rexroth servo motor from the MAC product line. MAC AC servo motors are rapid-response drives in conjunction with TDM, KDS and DSC drive controllers. They are suited to industrial applications like machine tools, printing presses, robotics, and transfer facilities. MAC090 servo motors have a winding design which helps to achieve a smooth run. These motors are particularly well-suited to applications like grinding machines and precision lathes. Salient features of MAC motors include brushless design, use of high-quality permanent magnets, IP65 rated housing and cable connections, and support for multiple cooling methods. The MAC090B-0-PD-3-C/110-B-0 is a motor designed for convection cooling. It requires 0 to 45 degrees Celsius temperature and 0 to 1000 meters site elevation for optimal performance. The motor is equipped with a standard tacho generator and second shaft end. Tacho feedback on MAC motors is especially developed for this product line. The nominal motor speed rating is 2000 RPM. Continuous output torque of the MAC090B-0-PD-3-C/110-B-0 motor at standstill is 7.2 Nm. Continuous output current of the motor at standstill is 11.9 Amps. Thermal time constant of the servo motor is 60 minutes. MAC motors support surface cooling with a radial or axial cooling fan. The surface cooling option, if required, must be specified in the equipment order. The motor has housing surface protected by a special back-colored prime coat. A paint layer can be applied on top of the protective coat. MAC motors must be stored in a dry, dust-free and shock-free environment. The allowed ambient temperature range for storage is -25 to 85 degrees Celsius. There are plastic protective covers on the connector housing and output shaft. These covers protect the parts they cover against damage and moisture. These covers should be removed prior to motor mounting
