Product Description
The MAC AC Servo Motors are precise, permanently magnetic motors that are being manufactured by Rexroth Bosch Indramat Company mainly for high-precision applications such as woodworking NC machine tools, the metal machinery industry, and the automobile production line. They are intended for precise torque direction and control circuit conditioning.
For this MAC series motor, the current control is related to the angle position of its rotor. In relation to the corresponding rotor magnetic flux, it influences the current flowing through the three stator windings. Some of these motors employ a current controller incorporated into a directional current controller, providing a means for regulating all three stator windings. The motor relies on natural convection to prevent overheating. The motor operates on a 115 V AC power supply and has a standard blocking brake for additional safety and a firm stop. It has a center diameter of 110 mm, which is available in designs B05 and B14 only.
The connections on motor side B help with easy installation, wire connection, and management. This feature facilitates coupling and prevents collisions with other parts or different machinery, allowing for effective use in a variety of applications. The motor has tacho feedback together with an incremental or absolute encoder, which provides the position and speed feedback in a finer manner that is so crucial for fine control. The blocking brake, incorporated according to standard mounting, also supports the position of the motor during a halt or power failure. Tacho feedback and encoders are effective in high-precision control. The MAC090B-0-ND-4-C/110-B-1/WA608XX/S022 motor offers high operating accuracy, speed, stable operation, effective cooling, convenient power connection, and reduced installation complexity.
