The MAC090B-0-ND-3-C/110-B-1/S005 is a state-of-the-art permanent magnet motor with electronic commutation. This AC servo motor comes in a variety of windings designations to fulfill requirements of many industrial applications such as printing, packaging, robotics and machine tools. Bosch Rexroth is a well-known producer of this motor and promises operational reliability and accuracy.

The MAC090B AC servo motor comes in an IP65 rated enclosure allowing installation in potentially explosive applications. The perfectly sealed housing is a perfect remedy for moisture, dirt and dust. The AC motor body is painted in a prime black coat (RAL 9005). It incorporates standard blocking brakes producing 6.5 Nm torque when applied. The power connections are directed to the side-B of the motor. The output shaft is provided with a sealing ring for enhanced isolation from the environment. The centering diameter for this model is 110mm. This is a naturally aspirated motor, and does not require additional cooling fan. However, sufficient air gap must be maintained at the top and bottom for free convection. This winding allows operation at a nominal speed of 3,000 revolutions per minute.
