The MAC090B-0-ND-2-C/110-A-1/S010 is a maintenance-free operatable and robust servo motor manufactured by Bosch Rexroth. The brushless design and life time lubricated bearings make the motor absolutely maintenance-free. Whereas, the robustness is because of the fact that the motor is IP 65 rated which allows for deployment in poor environmental conditions like presence of coolants or soluble oils. The tachofeedback allows for speed and rotor position evaluation which makes the motor a really smart device for industrial operations. The entire unit is enclosed in a casing that is painted with a black prime coat which makes it resistant towards withering, yellowing, lyes and diluted acids which adds to the robustness.
The MAC090B-0-ND-2-C/110-A-1/S010 is naturally convection cooled unit with a size 090 and length B, its ND winding supports a nominal RPM of 3000-1. It comes only with the tachofeedback (2) which limits its overall weight to 18 kg (without the holding brake) and the tacho voltage of the tachofeedback is 3V/1000 min-1.The motor design supports a standard tacho type, a power connection towards side A, and it has an integrated holding brake of 6.5 Nm. The thermal constant of the unit is 60 minutes with a maximum peak current of 137 A and a continuous current and torque at standstill of 18.2 A and 6.7 Nm respectively.
