The MAC090B-0-JD-4-C/110-B-1/WI531LX is a MAC servo motor that is widely used in industry due to its permanent magnet-excitation motors with electronic commutation and maintenance-free characteristics. The heating up and cooling down follow an exponential behavior. This variant has standard holding brakes, that allow the user to clamp (hold into place) the output shaft at a standstill. This achieves a safe standstill of the axis even when power is off. In the case of a standard holding brake, the clamping time is 20 ms, and the release delay is 60 ms.
