Product Description
Rexroth Indramat designed the MAC090A-1-RD-4-C/110-A-0/WA612XX motor with an integrated drive controller as a variant of the MAC series. When a motor drive controller receives commands or input signals, its controlling system regulates the motor's output current and voltage according to a particular requirement. The input power is delivered to the AC motor, and the AC motor drive controller transforms it into a frequency that may be changed. These MAC motors are highly demanding in the commercial industry because of their closed-loop control system, compact size, and high power output.
The MAC090A-1-RD-4-C/110-A-0/WA612XX motor operates on the basis of electronic commutation and is powered by permanently excited magnets incorporated into it. This variant of the MAC series has a 090 size and an A length. The axial fan, which operates at 230 alternating current volts, regulates the motor's temperature. The axial blower connection, INS 195, and a connector for the feedback system need to be ordered separately. Axial fans have a longer lifespan due to their higher mechanical strength and special design. Surface cooling offers higher airflow efficiency than any conventional cooling mechanism.
The MAC090A motor has a 3000 rpm speed because of the standard RD type of winding that enables the motor to be used in standard applications. The tacho feedback mechanism is made up of a standard absolute or incremental encoder and a controller that can precisely maintain motor speed under a range of loads. The controller reacts to the feedback signal and automatically adjusts the motor's speed to match the load variations. This MAC AC motor has an A-side power connection and centring diameter, but it lacks a holding brake.
