Product Description
MAC090A-0-ZD-4-C/110-A-1/WA606XX is the AC servo motor of MAC series by Bosch Rexroth Group. It is known for its precise control over movement and uses feedback signals to continuously adjust performance. It uses an AC power supply that provides electrical energy to the motor and a servo amplifier to control the motor's operation based on feedback signals. The encoder measures the motor's position and speed, and the motor feedback sends the encoder's data to the servo amplifier, which adjusts the motor's output accordingly.
The length of this motor is A and its winding is ZD. The motor sends the feedback to the servo amplifier by tacho feedback and mounted incremental or absolute encoder. The tacho is of standard type and functions at 3V/ 1000 min-1. The power connection of the motor can be established with the help of the connector present on side A.
The housing of the motor is coated with a Black Prime coat and the permissible storage and transport temperature ranges between -20 degrees C to 80 degrees C. However, when the motor is in operation, the surrounding temperature should be somewhere between 0 degrees C to 45 degrees C.
The maximum installation elevation should be 1000 m above sea level and the mass of the motor excluding the mass of holding brakes but inclusive of the mass of the tacho generator is 12.5 kg. The thermal time constant of this motor is 45 (30) 5), and the moment of inertia of the rotor is 20 x 10-4 kgm2. The nominal speed of the MAC090 motor is 2000 min-1 and the maximum peak of pulse current is 53 A. At 20 degrees C, the torque constant is 0.51 Nm, and the value for windings resistance is 1.85 Ohm at the same temperature.
