MAC090A-0-ZD-4-C/110-A-0/WI524LX/S001 is an AC servo motor. It is produced by Bosch Rexroth. It speed rating is 2000 RPM. Features supported by all MAC motors include tacho feedback, an IP65 rated housing, multiple cooling methods, multiple mounting orientations, and maintenance-free operation. Life-time lubricated bearings and a brushless design enable maintenance free MAC motor operation. With an IP65 rated housing, MAC motors can be installed directly within the working area of the machine, even under adverse environmental conditions. The motor power and tacho feedback cables and the encoder cables meet IP65 standard. Temperature of the motor is monitored with thermo switches to prevent overload damage. These switches are integrated into the motor windings and stator housing. MAC motor provide high overload capacity because heat is dissipated from stator windings directly to the outside wall of the AC motor housing. It is possible to install MAC motors any orientation. A motor flange with throughholes makes possible mounting as per design IM B5 or design IM B14. The output shaft on MAC motors is available in two different designs. Plain motor shafts are available for a non-positive shaft-hub connection. Shafts with keyways are available for form-fitting connections. MAC090 series servo motors are available with special windings. This design achieves very smooth run, and motor with this design perform extremely well in applications such as precision lathes and grinding machines. The power and feedback cables connect directly to corresponding flanged sockets on the motor housing. Connectors for these cables must be ordered separately. Only properly trained personnel should handle MAC motors.
