Product Description
Rexroth Bosch provides a full range of MAC series motors in a variety of choices to meet your motion control needs. The MAC series consists of high dynamic brushless AC servo motors which are ideal for use in applications related to printing, handling of equipment, packaging of products, and transfer of facilities among others. These high-quality motors have low inertia and high torque. The MAC motors have maximum speeds ranging from 1500 to 6000 RPM. Their continuous stall torques range is from 0.8 to 57.0 Nm.
The MAC motors are highly efficient and generate low heat. These motors are available with axial surface cooling, radial surface cooling, or natural convectional cooling systems. When MAC motors are rotating, they produce low noise as well as vibration. MAC motors use rotary encoders, either incremental or absolute for position evaluation. Incremental encoders work at faster speeds compared to absolute encoders. The flanges of MAC motors have through-holes which make it possible to mount them to the machines according to IM B5 design. Also, these motors have windings in their flanges which can allow mounting to the machines as per IM B14 design. The mounting of MAC motors to machines can be in any orientation.
MAC090A-0-ZD-4-C-110-A-0-WI524LV-S001 is a MAC series servo motor created by one of the world’s leading manufacturers of industrial motion control products, Rexroth Bosch. The winding inductance, mass, and maximum peak of current of this motor is 1.9 mH, 12.5 kg, and 53 A respectively. At 20 degrees Celsius, this motor features windings resistance of 1.85 Ohm and torque constant of 0.51 Nm/A. The nominal speed of MAC090A-0-ZD-4-C-110-A-0-WI524LV-S001 motor is 2000 min-1. Lastly, this motor is mounted with an incremental encoder and its output shaft has a keyway.
