Product Description
The MAC090A-0-ZD-3-C/110-A-0 is a servo motor designed under ideal industrial conditions form a rapid response automatization system by operating in combination with the TDM, KDS or DSC drive controller series. The sophisticated motor is a product of Bosch Rexroth Indramat, it is characterized by a durable housing, and the ability to maintain a high operation efficiency in conditions considered unfavorable for convectional industrial machines. The motor can be used in both industrial and commercial applications, however it is most suited for high speed applications such as handling equipment, robotics, printing presses, textile machines, and transfer facilities. The use of this servo motor has no negative effect on the environment, the little heat generated by the motor can be efficiently dissipated by natural convection. The motor has a feedback system that includes a tacho feedback and a second shaft end, this feedback is a high resolution feedback and is responsible for the smooth operation of the motor.
The MAC090A-0-ZD-3-C/110-A-0 is a permanent-magnet device, the magnets in the rotor of the motor produced by special and rare materials, and they are responsible for the ability of the motor to maintain a low inertial during operation. The motor also has a brushless design and special lifetime lubricated ball bearings, these two features combine and makes it possible for the motor to operate without requiring any maintenance operation.
The nominal speed of the MAC090A-0-ZD-3-C/110-A-0 motor is 2000 revolutions per minute. At standstill, the continuous current used by the motor is about 8.1 amperes while the continuous torque generated is 3.7 newton meters. Special care should be taken to operate the motor at an ambient temperature that is below 45 degree celsius, derating of the motor occurs above this temperature.
