The MAC090A-0-ZD-1-B/110-A-0 is an Indramat’s dynamic performance motor that is recommended for dynamic demands including printing, packaging, and the textile industry. It utilizes peak torque over a wide speed range. The MAC series motor consumes a peak current of 53 A and provides 2000 rotations per minute. At 20 °C, the MAC090A-0-ZD-1-B/110-A-0 model has a toque constant of 0.51 Nm/A and a winding resistance of 1.85 Ohm. The AC servo motor is available in the market without holding brake. The maximum possible elevation of the motor installation is 1000 meters above sea level. The temperature range between 0 °C to 45 °C is found to be best for its ambient conditions. For measuring temperature, thermal switches are installed that play their role in case of overload. The motor can be oriented in any direction due to its B05 and B14 flange design. The motor has a feedback system installed in it for finding speed and position. The special design of the stator produces an excellent smooth-running quality. The design of the bearing assembly makes the application of high radial loads possible. It is recommended to use a plain output shaft but an output shaft with keyways is also available.
