The AC motor is designed to produce 3.5 Nm of standstill torque by consuming 11.5 A of continuous current. Operating at a nominal speed of 3,000 revolutions per minute, the servo motor is recorded to have winding inductance of 3.2 mH. Bosch has designed it to provide 76 A of maximum peak of pulse current and 45 minutes of thermal time constant. With a total mass of 12.5 kg, the MAC servo motor requires careful mounting during installation. A flange with four through holes is available to secure the motor using bolts. Its brushless design makes it maintenance-free motor with second shaft end. Users can install own tacho-feedback device at the second shaft end.
