Product Description
The Rexroth Bosch group is known for developing the hardware required for various products that range from drive controllers to drive converters. This group also develops brushless servo AC motors used in fabricating semiconductors, machine tools, axes, packing equipment, etc. One of these motors is the MAC071C-0-NS-4-C/095-B-2/WA604XX.
This motor is a part of the MAC Series and it belongs to the “C” class of motor length. It comes in the size 71 and it has a speed of 3,000 min-1 at 1.5V. Its three stator windings can be connected by workers using an IC controller, and it runs on the natural convection cooling process. This motor's power connection is to side B, and its thermal time constant is 45 minutes. It rotates at an RPM of 3,000 per minute and has a standard blocking brake of 3Nm. It also always has a shaft sealing at 071C-0-NS-4 where the phase current of 14.4A is located The motor employs soldering type INS 108/06 even though its power connectors do not have any crimping. It also uses an Indramat power cable of cross-section area 0.72 mm2. The entire MAC series comes with tacho feedback to evaluate the speed of every rotor position.
This motor has a tacho voltage of 3V for every 1000 min-1. Specifically designed as a motor for analog drivers, this unit differs from other MAC series options in that it does not include a blocking blade. Electrical inputs and outputs require an external voltage supply. The motor's incremental or absolute encoder has a standard installation and can operate with sinusoidal or square-wave pulses. This device supports 1.25 pulses and different supply voltage settings.
