Product Description
The Rexroth Bosch group is well-known for creating the hardware needed for drive converters and controllers. One of these motors is the MAC071C-0-NS-4-C/095-B-1/WI534LX/S001.
This motor is a part of the MAC Series and it belongs to the “C” class of motor length. It comes in the size of 71 and it poses a speed of 3,000 min-1 at 1.5V. Its three stator windings can be connected by workers using an IC controller, and it runs on the natural convection cooling process. It has a thermal time constant of 45 minutes, and the power connection of this motor is to side B. With a standard blocking blade of 3Nm, it always has a shaft sealing and it rotates with an RPM of 3,000 per minute. With a special centering diameter of 180, S001 makes it a special motor. It has a keyway per DIN 6885, sheet 1. The phase current of 071C-0-NS-4 lies at 14.4A. Although the motor’s power connectors do not have any crimping, it uses the soldering type INS 108/06. Also, a 0.72 mm2 cross-section area Indramat power cable is utilized. The entire MAC series comes with tacho feedback to evaluate the speed of every rotor position
For every 1000 min-1, the tacho voltage of this motor is 3V. It is specifically designed as a motor for analog drivers, this unit differs from other MAC series alternatives in that it does not include a blocking blade. The incremental or absolute encoder of the motor has a standard mounting, which either works with square-wave pulses or sinusoidal waves. This unit has the capacity to accommodate multiple supply voltage values and supports 1.25 pulses.
