Product Description
The Rexroth Bosch group is known for developing the hardware required for various products that range from drive controllers to drive converters. This group also develops brushless servo AC motors used in fabricating semiconductors, machine tools, axes, packing equipment, etc. One of these motors is the MAC071C-0-NS-4-C/095-B-1/WA612XX.
This motor is a part of the MAC Series and belongs to the “C” class of motor length. It comes in size 71 and has a speed of 3,000 min-1 at 1.5V. It relies on the natural convection cooling process and also has an IC controller that allows the workers to connect to its three stator windings. It has a thermal time constant of 45 minutes, and the power connection of this motor is to side B. With a standard blocking brake of 3Nm, It always has a shaft sealing and rotates with an RPM of 3,000 per minute. The phase current of 071C-0-NS-4 lies at 14.4 A. Although the motor’s power connectors do not have any crimping, it uses the soldering type INS 108/06. It also uses an Indramat power cable of cross-section area 0.72 mm2. The entire MAC series comes with tacho feedback to evaluate the speed of every rotor position.
For every 1000 min-1, the tacho voltage of this motor is 3V. This unit is specifically a motor for analog drivers and comes without a blocking blade, which is unlike other options in the MAC series. An external voltage supply is needed for electrical inputs and outputs. The incremental or absolute encoder of the motor has a standard mounting, which either works with square-wave pulses or sinusoidal waves. This unit can accommodate multiple supply voltage values and supports 1.25 pulses.
