Product Description
The Rexroth Bosch group develops brushless servo AC motors. It develops hardware for various products used in machine tools and semiconductor devices. The motor MAC071C-0-NS-4-C/095-B-1/WA610XX/S001 is a part of the MAC series and has motor length “C”. It uses natural convection for cooling and is available in the size 71. The speed of this motor at 1.5 volts is 1,000 min-1.
This servo motor has a standard tacho type and has an encoder of value 610XX. Manufacturers have installed a tacho feedback mechanism in this motor to monitor each rotor position velocity. The incremental or absolute encoder of this motor is equipped with standard mounting and the centering diameter is 095. Moreover, MAC071C-0-NS-4-C/095-B-1/WA610XX/S001 has a standard blocking brake of value 3Nm and is connected to side B while rotating with an RMP of 3,000 every minute. The motor takes 45 minutes to cool down and has a phase current of 9A.
Also, 071-0-NS…S001 is always equipped with a shaft sealing; the output shaft had a keyway that follows the protocols laid down in DIN 6885, sheet 1 to transmit torque suitably. It follows a tacho voltage of 3V per 1,000 revolutions (per minute). The power connector used in this motor uses the soldering type INS 108/06 without any crimping. The Indramat power cable installed in this motor has a cross-section of 0.75 mm2. This motor is different from MAC071C-0-NS-4-C/095-B-1/WA610XX as it belongs to the special category S001. It requires an external voltage supply for electrical inputs and outputs. Users must store this motor in a dust-free, shock-free area with temperature values between -25 °C to +85 °C. It’s recommended not to remove protective plastic covering on the motor until immediately before mounting into the machine for damage prevention.
